The Therapist
I offer help in the form of a non-judgmental, empathetic listening ear. I recognize the courage it takes to reach out, but you can do it!

What Are Clients Saying ?
A. K.
I know myself and have confidence I never knew was possible. I can stand up for myself without feeling guilty. I am a better parent than I was ever shown.
If you're on the fence, I'll be real with you. It is hard. You will want to quit. But keep making those baby steps she's always talking about -- it is SO WORTH IT to make the gains! There's no going back for me. Onward and upward only.
I could never thank Heidi enough. She truly has been a safe, supportive, genuine, and trustworthy guide through this entire process.
100% would recommend!

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is the top modality for alleviating psychological distress. It taps into the brain's natural process that occurs during the deepest state of sleep: REM sleep. Remember, REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement. In basic terms, during this stage of sleep, the brain takes experiences and transfers them into long-term memory. EMDR is a focused way to activate that very capacity in while awake to heal from and overcome past stressful memories. In essence, helps put the past in the past.
